Hoppy Fish® is a mix of street sea food and craft beers. We don’t agree with the idea that fish is synonymous with special dinners and expensive bills. We consider it a pop ingredient, an every day one. Inspired by the street seafood of the Nordic and Anglo-Saxon cooking, we’ve adapted it to the Mediterranean taste. The beer pairing is untraditional, but perfect. Here at Hoppy Fish® you’ll find sea comfort food paninis, sandwiches, fried food, soups and salads, matched with the best craft beers. We cook each day to minimize and remove food waste, so it may occur that some dishes run out during the day. The materials used to serve the food are organic and biodegradable. The menu changes weekly. Draught beers changes continuously as do the 25 labels available in bottles, selected among the main Italian and foreign micro breweries. The packaging used it’s organic and biodegradable.
Hoppy Fish® is part of an ethical purchasing group, in collaboration with Slow Food Milano and is part of the Alleanza dei Cuochi project. Hoppy Fish® cooperates with WAMI water: with every bottle purchased, you donate 100 liters of clean water to a person in need.
We’re Laura, Marcello and Valentina: three Neapolitans. The origin of Hoppy Fish® lies in using food as a medium to share our experiences, passions and travels. We use fish as the fundamental ingredient of our cooking-an ingredient that best represents our roots-and pair it with beer, creating an unusual combination. This unusual pairing mirrors our will to mix cultures and diversity.
